Frustration + Workflows

The meeting that was supposed to happen today has to be rescheduled because of conflicts. It's a little frustrating from my perspective because I have cleared all other events from my schedule in order to focus solely on making this movie, but we've worked out a way to have meetings over Skype. I need to step up my game, at least organizationally. Project leadership is not my primary skillset, so I'm improvising at every step of the way. The only thing to do is plow forward.
